Both my condo and my basement are rented! This income should start to show up in my passive income reports from September/October onwards. This month also marks the first month I reached $1000 in passive income from all sources. My next goals are $1000 from dividends in a single month.
Some shipping delays may affect my timelines for my crypto income slightly. At this point, I’m estimating a delay of maybe a month or so. This unfortunately means the bulk of crypto mining income won’t come online until November, or even December.
This also marks the first month in which passive income surpassed $1000, a major milestone. I expect to cross another milestone next month with dividend income that should also surpass $1000 in a single month for the first time. Things should start to accelerate over the coming months as more projects come online and I am able to regularly invest again.
