Dividend Update March 2021

This month my portfolio earned $473.74 in dividends.

My dividends this month are slightly off from last quarter due to portfolio rebalancing, which I believe will work out in the long run.

In the first 3 months of 2021, I’ve generated half the income already from 2020. If this trends continues, I will have generated 10k in dividend income in about 3 years. My strategy remains the same, to invest in solid, blue-chip companies with a history of paying and growing dividends.

I have managed to re-establish DRIPs on a few my stock holdings and will be working on re-establishing more over the coming months. This may prove difficult as the re-opening starts to get going with vaccinations paving the way. My projected income for 2021 is currently around $6000. The next major milestone for dividends will be to reach $1000/month, which I hope to reach in a couple years.

I am considering adding some additional sections to the blog, such as a passive income section, as I’ve been expanding my revenue streams beyond just dividend investing, and would like to keep that separate from dividend investing. We will see.

Note: There will be some slight variance due to differing exchange rates from the time different reports are written.
