This month I picked up $241.02 in dividends.
Still getting the base of my portfolio established and working on sector diversity. It’s fun to see it grow.
Using DRIPs, I picked up 8 more stocks commission free. It’s not much, but it’s a start to help get the ball rolling.
As I stated in my last net worth update, I did some restructuring and will be adding many more stocks to my portfolio over the next few months, mostly in my TFSA. The advantage of utilizing my TFSA means the earnings are all tax free!
Right now, I’m on track to earning about $4200 a year in dividends. My year end goal is $5000.
