This month I earned $377.01 in dividends.
I have been consistently adding to my portfolio and am really close to meeting a few milestones. First, if you’ve seen my net worth updates, I’m almost at 50k in net worth (I started this year at 10k in net worth and assets). My goal is to end the year at about 100k in assets.
The second milestone is that I’m close to maxing out my TFSA and should be able to do so this year or next year. I’m pretty happy with this and very thankful that I’m in a position where I can do this.
As a result of my recent portfolio additions, my estimated annual dividends is now approximately $5200 / year. I’ve blown past my goal of $5000/year 5 months ahead of schedule. My new goal for the end of the year is around $5500 to $6000.
